My family and I have been searching for a single-family residence in Orange County off and on for several years now. Our search led us from North Orange County all the way down South starting back in the pre-Covid era. During that time, we valued the knowledge and expertise Maryam brought with her throughout our search. We also appreciate the many occasions when her brother, Amir, would assist us in viewing various properties. We had to put a hold on our search for the last couple of years until several months ago. We renewed our search this time concentrating our search in North Orange County. During this time, Maryam remained in contact with us providing us with up to date information on the current real estate market. Earlier this month, we found a property that fit our family needs. Through Maryam's patience, knowledge, expertise and assistance, we were able to make an offer and successfully purchase our new home (even with multiple competing offers in the situation). We strongly recommend Maryam if you need a real estate agent that will guide you from the beginning until you settle to the house of your dream.

Maryam Amiri has been our realtor for five projects. The first four were on the selling side, and this was our first project together on the buying side. Once again, she exceeded our expectations. We closed very smoothly, and she successfully secured the home for us despite the seller receiving multiple offers. Her communication is outstanding, and she has a unique ability to make the entire process work seamlessly while keeping our preferences and goals in mind. We highly recommend Maryam for both buying and selling real estate. She is truly the best, and we wouldn’t trust anyone else with our real estate needs.

Working with Maryam, Chris, and Team Amiri was truly one of the best experiences we could have asked for. Our journey started with a simple phone call to Maryam, and from that very first conversation, she patiently walked us through every detail of the home-buying process. As first-time home buyers, we had many questions and concerns, but Maryam always took the time to educate us about the market, explain the right timing and areas to focus on, and help us stay on top of every step with confidence. Throughout the entire process, Maryam was always there for us. Her responsiveness, professionalism, deep knowledge of the market, and strong network of trusted partners made us feel confident, supported, and truly in the best possible hands. One thing that really stood out to us was how genuine and passionate Maryam is about what she does. You can truly tell that she loves helping people find their dream home, and that excitement showed in every interaction we had with her throughout the journey. Another point that makes Maryam and her team special is how genuinely they care about their clients. Throughout the entire journey, Maryam, Chris, and the whole Team Amiri were by our side, not only as agents, but as people who sincerely wanted the very best for us. Their honesty, dedication, kindness, and support meant so much to our family. We highly recommend Maryam to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Working with her was truly one of the best decisions we made during this important milestone. Thank you Maryam, Chris, Amir, and the entire Team Amiri!

Maryam is an absolute pro and I don't think we would have had as successful of a home-selling process in this tough real estate environment without her. When we ran into hiccups with potential buyers, Maryam was always proactive, constantly in good communication with us, offering solutions, and walking us through the entire process step-by-step. I am so grateful for Maryam and her team, and would absolutely recommend that you trust your home-selling/buying decision into their experienced hands.

We have had the pleasure of working with this exceptional agent over the past few years on four separate projects, and each experience has been consistently outstanding. Her professionalism, dedication, and deep market knowledge truly set her apart. One of her greatest strengths is her remarkable negotiating skill. In every transaction, she secured the highest and best possible price for us. Beyond her expertise, what truly makes her unique is her patience and genuine care. She never rushes decisions and takes the time to fully understand our goals and concerns. At times, she feels less like an agent and more like a trusted family member, someone who is fully invested in our success and well being. She is incredibly thorough in addressing every need, question, and concern, not only for us but also for buyers and their agents. Her ability to educate both sides of the transaction is truly impressive. She ensures that everyone involved is informed, aligned, and comfortable, which ultimately leads to smoother transactions and better outcomes. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and results driven real estate professional. Working with her has been an absolute privilege.

I don't usually write reviews, but Maryam is truly exceptional. While planning our move from Silicon Valley to Orange County, I kept seeing her name associated with the best listings. After reaching out, I met Maryam and her partner, Chris, for coffee. I was immediately impressed; they were highly professional, took the time to listen to our requirements, and even suggested crucial criteria we hadn’t considered. Maryam carefully curated a list of neighborhoods that matched our lifestyle needs. Thanks to her guidance, we narrowed our search and found our dream home in record time. Throughout the closing, Maryam was diligent, protective of our interests, and a master negotiator. What sets her apart is that she didn’t stop at the sale. She helped us manage renovations—from introducing us to reputable contractors to personally helping us select flooring and kitchen slabs. She made a stressful transition genuinely pleasurable. If we ever sell or buy again, we would work with Maryam and her team again in a heartbeat! Highly, highly recommended!

With Maryam's expert guidance we successfully closed on the purchase of our family home in Irvine! We found the home that we wanted but knew that we did not stand a chance at successfully closing on it or putting together an offer without the help of an experienced real estate agent. We found Maryam through the impeccable reviews she was given by former clients and asked if she would represent us on a house that was receiving high levels of attention immediately upon listing. An open house the morning after it was posted on MLS had a line of viewers at the door, and within a day the house had many (many!) offers due to a desirable property and a highly competitive local market. Her team swiftly put together an offer package that stood out to the seller and which won us the house. It was a great experience to work with someone with the ability to handle the full transaction end to end, and who also showed a proactive interest in the property. We thought that we saw the house very early after it was posted, but then learned that she had already seen it within hours of listing! The process of purchase went very smoothly. She worked with her team to draw up a full offer and confirmed with us that we wanted to proceed with the terms that they outlined. That first offer was accepted and we closed on the house within two weeks. Maryam is a pleasure to work with - she is professional throughout, eager to share her knowledge, a pro at calming our worries, and has a kind hearted interest in caring for our family. We are deeply grateful to have had the chance to work with her and are inspired by her high standard!

Thanks to Team Amiri (Maryam, Chris, Atousa, and Megan), our home was sold at a lightning speed with an unexpectedly high price. We have bought two dream homes with Team Amiri in the past, and this was our first time selling a home with the team. Since we trusted the team already from the previous experiences, we did whatever Maryam advised us (using a staging service, pricing, choosing a solid offer, and responding to the offer with a counter). Atousa’s staging advice was on point and her coordination with the staging people was convenient and helpful for us. Her efforts made our home look much more gorgeous, which led to a quick sale. Due to Maryam’s pricing, we received multiple offers. Due to Megan and Maryam’s choice of photos of our home, the home looked even more appealing. Due to Chris’s patience, considerate comments, and welcoming presence, not only a solid buyer but also people who love our home as much as we do or more bought our beloved home. Thanks to Megan, we knew what was happening in the process of selling the home. Team Amiri’s service is something exceptional. We’ve sold a home in the past with a different team and company in Oregon which was a total disaster, so we had an anxiety about selling a home. Our trauma was healed by Team Amiri. We know Team Amiri does so much more behind the scenes work than what we can see or imagine. We will be forever grateful for Team Amiri. We have only one request for them; please do not retire!

She is quite detail-oriented and follows through on even the smallest of requests we made of her. When we had given up hope, she powered through and won us our home! We highly recommend her and her team for your real estate needs.

Thanks to the Amiri Team, we could buy our dream house for the second time with them! Maryam is better than fictional TV characters! We binge watched two Japanese TV shows called “The Honest Realtor” and “Your Home is My Business” prior to our purchase of this home. We kept on saying that these real estate agents were great as we watched the shows, but Maryam was better, more hardworking, and more personable. TV shows and fictional characters were there to impress viewers for entertainment; however, they cannot beat Maryam for her knowledge, wisdom, dedication, boldness, and persistence. We were amazed by her and her team for doing what they do when we bought our first house in OC, and they impressed us even more with this second purchase with them. When our offer was sent, we felt it would be a miracle if the seller chose our offer because one of the other offers was a cash offer. Maryam and the Amiri team showed us the miracle. We searched for our next house for years; we are probably the most annoying clients, but Maryam and the Amiri team are always so patient and understanding. Even when we weren’t looking and when we were remodeling the previous house, we sent numerous questions to her. Her advice was always articulate. What can we do without her!? In our first review, we hoped Maryam wouldn’t be retiring early. We are saying this again six years later. We really hope she won’t be retiring anytime soon!

If there were more stars to give, Maryam Amiri would surely deserve them! From the moment we began our journey to find our dream home, Maryam stood out as a beacon of professionalism, dedication, and unparalleled expertise in the real estate world. Maryam’s approach to real estate is nothing short of remarkable. She is not just an agent; she's a trusted advisor, a listener, and a tireless advocate for her clients. What impressed us the most was her deep understanding of the market and her keen ability to read into our needs and preferences, sometimes even before we fully articulated them ourselves. Her patience is commendable. We never felt rushed or pressured; instead, Maryam provided us with the space and guidance to make informed decisions. Her insights during property viewings were invaluable, helping us see potential in places we might have overlooked and steering us clear of pitfalls we hadn’t considered. Communication with Maryam was seamless. She was always available, ready to answer our questions, provide updates, or offer reassurance whenever we needed it. Her responsiveness and dedication made us feel like we were her only clients, although we knew she was managing multiple listings. What truly sets Maryam apart is her commitment to going above and beyond. Whether it was arranging last-minute viewings, negotiating tirelessly on our behalf, or providing us with a comprehensive network of contacts for after we moved in, Maryam made every step of the process easier and more enjoyable. Finding a home can be a daunting process, but Maryam transformed it into an exciting journey. In the end, not only did we find our dream home, but we also gained a friend. We are immensely grateful to Maryam for her exceptional service and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to navigate the real estate market. Maryam has been great. She's responsive to my emails, quick on transaction executions, patient with my unending questions (I'm better now), and very efficient in general. The Redfin Mortgage appraisal for this property came in $70K below the list price and Maryam was able to negotiate a $25K haircut on the price after I withdrew from the transaction over my unease at the gap between the appraisal and the list price. Unfortunately the seller withdrew from the transaction shortly thereafter and I lost the property, but in addition to Maryam's responsiveness, patience, and efficiency, I appreciated that she tried to salvage my purchase by attaining a discount to my offer. I do hope to purchase something soon and I intend to do so with Maryam as my buyer's agent.

One of the best agents around! We consider ourselves very fortunate to have found Maryam. With Maryam, we were able to purchase a property in a competitive market against multiple offers as a contingent buyer and our house was not listed on the market at the time of getting our offer on the new property accepted. This was a very challenging situation but Maryam stepped up to the challenge to make it all happen. Her professionalism, guidance, resourcefulness and negotiation skills are unmatched. When a door appeared to shut, Maryam literally pried it open. She was key in helping with both sides of the deal including selling our home. Although at times tensions and anxiety were high, Maryam always remained positive and calm. A true pleasure to work with. We love Maryam and highly recommend her.

Maryam is hands down the best real estate agent in Southern California. This is our second home purchase with Redfin and Maryam. The first home purchase was 7 years ago when we were newly married millennials looking for our first home in Southern California. She was excellent then but this time when we were looking for a SFR in SoCal for our young family she exceeded beyond our expectations. Words cannot describe the joy of finding a home which met 30 items on your wish list in the middle of a pandemic fueled real estate market. You may have heard all the crazy stories of people out bidding each other to secure a home but Maryam navigated us exceptionally and got us exactly the house we wanted under budget without the bidding wars. Her knowledge of the local market, buyer strategies and her vast experience put us at ease during the entire process. Look no further if you have Maryam in your team! She is the best in the business, and we are extremely lucky to have her represent us not once but twice! Redfin's future is bright when you have amazing agents like Maryam. We will happily choose her again in future.

Maryam was my agent when I bought this property 3 years ago. When I decided to sell, it was a no-brainer for me to have Maryam as my agent again. Maryam excels as both buyer’s and seller’s agents. This time, I was particularly surprised by how little I had to do to move things forward. Maryam took care of everything and gave me very specific and strategic advices along the way to effectively optimize my position. She took great care to present my property in the best light possible. The transformation was so stunning that I could barely recognize it when it was ready. We received multiple offers on the first day and the highest bid was 11% above the listed price. It was record-breaking in our community. I was in awe of her magic :)

Maryam was a pleasure to work with and always willing to take the time to answer questions we had. Maryam was able to get us best price possible for our home and we appreciated her efforts behind the scenes. I felt that there was some scheduling confusion and lots of last minute schedule changes trying to get our home onto the market with the Concierge team, but this may be a normal thing in this process as we were first time home sellers. Maryam does not coordinate the Concierge so it wasn't any points against her. :)

Couldn't be happier with our experience working with Maryam. Professional, calm, attentive, efficient, pleasant are just a few of the adjectives I would use to describe her. I worked with two agents prior to working with Maryam. It was my first time purchasing a home, and therefore I wanted someone that would guide me with my interest in mind. I heard about her from a friend who had just purchased a home with her. I think we looked at over 30 homes in the span of 6 months before we decided on a house. She helped me secure a loan as well and even in that process she had my best interest in mind. She is now a friend and the only agent I will work with going forward.

We had to purchase a home in OC for unexpected relocation order by the company and had to move from Seattle. With Covid and competitive market in OC, it was really a challenge to get a home remotely and in timely manner. We were so glad we had Maryam help us to find our new home and extremely pleasant working with her. We cannot believe we end up with purchasing home without even seeing it actually (only 3D walkthrough posted on listing), but Maryam made it happen and made us feel comfortable to move forward for it. She is always responsible and great in communication, no need to explain over and over because she gets points right away making things easy. She answers all questions we had, provided information that help us to make right decisions. Without her, we might not get the home and still hunting for it. She takes stress away during purchasing process and very supportive even after offer accepted and closing. We strongly recommend her if you are hunting home in OC!

We were referred to Maryam by our long time friends who have used her multiple times with great experiences. Well, she did not disappoint! With the current state of the market we knew the only way to get a home is to have the right agent, and that is exactly what happened for us. Maryam heard about a pocket listing from one of her colleagues, we were the first and only people to see the home before it hit the market that weekend. It fit our criteria perfectly, down to the city we wanted but thought we couldn't afford. There were 17 other bids on this home and many were well over our offer but because of the fantastic job Maryam did with relaying to the sellers our excitement and desire for their home, they picked us! She was creative with other ways of being aggressive with our offer and every company she recommended to us also provided 5-star service. We can't say it enough, Maryam is more than just a real estate agent, she really cared for our family's needs and wanted us to be happy with our decisions. We now own our dream home and as first time home buyers can say that was such an easy process, I know we have Maryam and her team to thank for that. You are in very safe hands with experienced and Honest agent like Maryam. She is always on top of things and kept us informed all the times. she knows how to connect with seller agent. However busy she is, She always answers our calls or return our call right away. As a first time home buyer we had so many questions but she always took time to explain them patiently. She suggest you with ideas when you can not decide on something but never forces you. We were really happy with everything during our buying process

Working with Maryam was a pleasure from start to finish. She helped us with the offer that was quickly accepted, answered all our questions along the way, and helped us negotiate with the seller. She was available to us whenever we needed her, was on top of everything, and thanks to her we closed escrow earlier than expected. We have no words to describe how satisfied we are with Maryam and we would definitely recommend her to our friends!

It was an honer working with Maryam Amiri as our agent. She is very professional and she knows exactly what she is doing, and this is the most important thing ( There are lots of agents out there that do not know how things work, and they put you in trouble) She understand her client’s concerns and needs, when it comes to buying a house- especially as a first time buyers. I would like to share my experience with who is looking for a professional, and reliable agent. We were struggling in this HOT market finding a right house, and we failed many times, because our previous agent was not professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. After searching and reading reviews online we finally found Maryam. She is ranked the most top real estate agent. When we first met Maryam and decided to put an offer we were in doubt that we could get the house - and here she goes ( we got the house!!!!!!) when she told us seller accepted our offer , we got shocked ! It is easy to write and submit an offer, but the most important thing is the negotiation, which Maryam is the goddess of negotiation. We had the best experience working with Maryam’s Team including her incredible coordinator Mandy Abbott ( she was on top of everything). Everything went very smooth from opening the escrow till our closing date (we closed within 30 days). Maryam always communicated with us and addressed all of our concerns and questions ( she will not leave you in the dark). Maryam was reachable at any time, and our concerns were her priority. we didn’t felt we are working with a real estate agent, we felt we are working with our best friend who cares, and walks through this journey with us. We need more agents like Maryam who cares for her clients, and I will always recommend her to anyone who is looking for a “REAL” real estate agent.

The current real estate market and global condition have many uncertainties but with Maryam's support we were able to find a good house for our family. Maryam and her team were insightful and were fast in responding to our questions and tour visits.

We had bought our very first home back in 2015 with Maryam as our Redfin agent, and knew even back then that if we had to do it again, Maryam would be our go-to person. And that is exactly what we did! Now; the whole process of home buying can be a stressful experience. If you have to sell your current home AND buy a new one at the same time- it’s twice the stress, twice the inspections, twice the documents to sign! However with Maryam by our side, the tricky path of navigating two escrows simultaneously seemed ridiculously simple. From the time we contacted her with our requirement to sell and buy at the same time- she was confident that she could help us exactly as we wanted. She is always available to answer any and all questions( and yes, we had a million and one questions for her!!!). From setting up property visits to giving us prompt feedback on each one- she had it all covered. We were racing against time to find a home we liked , place an offer and begin a purchase escrow, once our current home was in escrow. Maryam guided us every step of the way. She personally accompanied us on some of the property visits that we were very keen on seeing, and we could always rely on her professional observations and keen insights which we might have missed otherwise. In hindsight, the whole experience was like a beautifully choreographed sequence of going through the motions of inspections, appraisals, and all the formalities, both as buyers and sellers. We are extremely grateful to Maryam for helping us to find our dream home- again! We also have to give a shout out to her entire team including Amir, Mandy,Atousa, Chris and others who played supporting but extremely vital roles in the whole buying/selling process for us. Thank you Redfin, for a wonderful experience! If you need an agent who looks after your interests and bats for you all the way, don’t hesitate- call Maryam- today!:) Thanks, Atul & Pooja.

Maryam is very professional and has a deep knowledge of Irvine real estate. She has built a network of real estate contacts that allows for expedited transactions in a challenging market. Maryam is incredibly responsive - there was no time that I did not receive a text or email back from her promptly to any question or request. I also work in a client service industry, and therefore have a high bar for professional service providers and Maryam met all those criteria. Finally, kudos to the Redfin business model: I never felt pressured by Maryam to accept terms or timelines or other "pushy" behaviors that are generally characteristic of high-volume real estate agents. As she would say, it was "My pleasure!" to work with Maryam.

Maryam was great! Even during COVID she listed and had our house under contract in a week! She’s super professional and really helped us make the best decision to have a smooth escrow to close even when we had multiple offers. She went through all the options for us per each buyers contingencies and is a great negotiator. We were away during inspection resolution and she even offered to be at the house if any work needed to be done! She worked out having the termite tenting after our rent back so we and our furniture wouldn’t be in the house with all those chemicals. She was amazing, so glad we took our friends advice and worked with her. What a pleasant selling experience!

This is my second home transaction with Maryam and I LOVE working with her. She led me through staging my home, having it photographed, listed and an open house with over 50 people in attendance within 48 hours of the home going live for sale on Redfin. I had an offer on my home (above asking price!!) within 24 hours. After the offer, she helped to provide recommendations on small improvements to make on the home with the buyers request and walk all parties through the closing process. There is literally no better agent than Maryam. I have already recommended her to 2 friends and hoping I can recommend her to more!

I would need many more than a comment box to explain how awesome Maryam was throughout the entire home purchase process. From the work she did prior to the exploratory trip, great communication during the search, timely on-going communication, and then most importantly through the inspection and closing process. She is a true pro. If you are looking for a new home, there is only one realtor to use, and that is like Maryam Amiri and her team. She pretty much became part of our extended family as a result of our purchase process. I'll never use another realtor and neither should you. Her greatest attribute, "She listens" and then asks thought provoking questions which insures you get what you really want.

Every once in a while people show up in your life just when you need them. Divine intervention? Good Karma, Luck? While unsure how to answer that question, I will say that Maryam was that person to us. She just happened to be the agent that showed up on a house we were interested in. She took to us and us her from the very beginning, showing interest in us as a couple as well as our thoughts and hopes for our next home. After that initial meeting I wasn't interested in speaking to anyone else in the industry, we found our "savant". We recruited her to sell our home and advise us on buying a new one even though it was outside her territory. Never in my wildest dreams did I think the transactions could go so smooth and stress free. Besides the business aspect, Maryam has become a great friend, confidant, and might I even add a what feels like a family member. I highly recommend Redfin and if you're fortunate enough to work with Maryam you'll get to experience our good fortune.

Maryam is an amazing negotiator. She priced my home to sell (a strong full offer in three days). A few days later I spent only one day looking for and finding my beautiful view condominium. She quickly put in my offer and it was accepted. Both my former and new home closed within one day of each other. Maryam is extremely efficient, and answered very question immediately by text, email or phone. If she was not available, she quickly contacted another reliable co-agent to answer or attend to the problem at hand. For me, two of her most important qualities were her personable warmth and trustworthiness. Moving can be a very stressful event. When I was coming unglued, Maryam would call, and remind me not to worry, because I could RELY on her. And it is so true, she is a wizard!

This was our first home-buying experience. The whole process was intimidating when we did our research online and then we met Maryam. Maryam walked both my wife and I through the home buying process. She took a fairly convoluted process and turned into a checklist and guided us along every step of the way. During our home visits, Maryam paid attention to our preferences. She then provided her input on the local neighborhoods and schools. This insider-information from Maryam was helpful when making our home-purchase decision as she is local to the area. Her insight into market trends and home value helped us prune out homes. As we were about to place an offer on the home, Maryam informed us that there were multiple offers. She provided a figure that helped us get the offer for the home. We learned later on that we edged out the next best offer by a hairline. Without Maryam's insight into local market prices and trends, we wouldn't have been home owners of the property we loved. It has been a pleasure to work with Maryam. Her dedication and commitment to us through the entire home buying process was more than what we asked for. It's too bad Redfin won't let us rate her a 11 out of 10 because she definitely went over and beyond for us throughout our home buying process We definitely recommend Maryam for you are in the home-buying market.

Maryam was very helpful while we toured the model homes, and helped move things along so that we could close within 35 days. She assisted us in receiving close to $120,000 off the list price of the home. She had a great memory when it came to the new home walk and was able to double check that many of the things on our fix-it list were actually fixed (even though I didn't remember everything!) We didn't originally intend on using an agent to buy a new home, but Maryam's help ended up being invaluable.

Out of nearly a hundred homes that we saw, we had set our eyes on this one property in Mission Viejo. It was a short sale but our backup offer was rejected and the home went into contract. A few weeks later, we started working with Maryam and during our second tour with her we asked her to check on the status of the home we had been interested in.She got in touch with the listing agent that same day and let us know that the home had just fallen out of escrow. With her many years of experience in short sales, she prepared an offer the next day which was accepted. Thirty days later the house was ours. I cannot say enough about how professional and friendly Maryam was. There was no time when she would not return our calls to answer our questions. Many shortsales do not go through because handling them requires different skills than those of a normal sale. We could not have bought our dream home if Maryam had not been there to guide us through every step of the process.

She quickly found me a trusted lender who could help save the deal and she was instrumental in keeping everything together with less stress. Maryam helped us get our dream home, but more importantly, she made the process for us go so smoothly. When we bought our house, we couldn’t believe how lucky we were compared to other people we’ve known. Some notable items include: • She put us in contact with a lender that was able to close within 17 days, making it appealing for the seller. The lender took care of us really well and they made us really feel like they appreciated our business. • She got all documents that we needed to sign very promptly, reducing turnaround times and preventing delays. • She gave us a good contact to help us find Homeowner’s insurance. The person worked with her, the title company, and our lender on providing necessary information, so we didn’t have to worry about going back and forth. • She had sold numerous homes in the community, so she was familiar with the neighborhood, sales prices, the HOA, what was required, etc. • She worked with fellow team members of the seller’s agent, so she has a good reputation, which helped our offer get recognized and ultimately accepted. • One of the best attributes about Maryam is that she is very friendly and good to work, but she knows how to fight for you and push to get things done. I’ve heard people go through very difficult situations when buying home. While it was still stressful, it was great to have Maryam guide us through the process. There is a lot that can go wrong because there are so many factors with different parties involved, but Maryam helped mitigate almost all of them and she was definitely the difference in us getting the home we wanted.

We were fortunate to work with Maryam during the home buying process. She's very hardworking, knowledgeable and responsive, answering e-mails at all hours - even late at night on weekends. She worked quickly to help us submit an offer ASAP and knew what strategy to take to help us get the house - we did not have the highest offer either. She was always on top of things to ensure we would close on time in our 21 day escrow. Thanks to Maryam and her team, we got the house!

It was a great pleasure working with Maryam and her team. I felt very fortunate to have her represent me, as she is extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful. At our first meeting, she patiently answered all the questions that a first-time home buyer may have and also explained the buying process with redfin. When she and her team showed us various houses, they were always pointing out the right things from a buyer's perspective. I did not feel any pressure from her pushing me into making a decision. On the contrary, she always advised me to take as much time as needed. During closing, she and the redfin team kept track of everything to make sure it can close in time. Overall, she showed me how pleasant it can be buying a house (instead of being all stressed out). I would recommend her and her team to all my friends.

Maryam is perhaps the best agent in Orange County. I cannot say enough great things about her. My wife and I were specifically particular about a house and Maryam was extremely patient, supportive and engaged. We looked at more houses than we can remember and Maryam was there every step of the way. She is not only very responsive but attentive to every detail. I know that we couldn't have closed on our house if it wasn't for her. We put several offers in previous houses and there were times when other agents told me how responsive and detailed she was. I think if anyone is looking for a house, they should go with Maryam. She has a great ability to multi-task and despite how busy she is, she makes you feel like your only client. I highly recommend (and already have to friends and family) her!!

Maryam and the whole RedFin team were amazing. Very professional, prompt and attentive. We made several appointments for late last minute tours and either Maryam or one of her team members made an effort to show up for the tour. We have already referred a friend and will refer anyone else looking to purchase.

Maryam is the most talented, hardworking and smart real estate agent we have ever met. She is highly professional and her work ethic is commendable. Maryam worked with our budget and negotiated a great deal for us. She was on top of everything, in constant communication with us. Being first time home buyers she gave us great references, ideas and shared her knowledge about location. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a home in Irvine. She is absolutely amazing!

Maryam is a truly professional agent and stays on top of everything! We would email Maryam late in the evenings on the weekends, and she would reply within minutes! It was always easy to get in touch with Maryam through phone as well. She stepped us through the whole process of home tours, offer negotiation, loan/insurance referrals, home inspections, repairs, and answered any questions we had from the mountains of paperwork. Through it all, Maryam has been a constant source of comfort :) Thank you so much Maryam and we feel very lucky you were assigned to help us :D

Maryam was crucial to closing a deal where there were 3 competing offers. She is awesome - helped me every step of the way, was knowledgeable, resourceful, and responsive! If you don't have an agent yet, I highly recommend Maryam!

I first met Maryam at a Redfin home buying class. She has a positive attitude and pleasant approach that makes it easy to learn about the basics of buying real estate in the Irvine area. My wife and I decided to look at resale homes with her in Irvine and Tustin. She was so helpful, knowledgeable, and polite at all times. She was always willing to show us homes, even with short notice. We were unsure if we wanted a condo or a house, since we are new to California. My wife and I then decided to only look at new construction. We looked in Irvine's villages. Finally, we chose Shea Homes at Baker Ranch in Lake Forest. The process was smooth and we appreciated Maryam's advice and input throughout the construction period. We love working with Maryam and Redfin, and the Redfin app is awesome! We would recommend Maryam to anyone and would use Maryam for our real estate needs in the future. Thank you.

Very much so! Maryam was amazing with the entire process. She is a great agent and was able to keep clear communication throughout the entire process. She is responsive to emails and phone calls and always on time. We opted for a 14-day escrow and Maryam was able to stay on top of things every step of the way to ensure that we closed on time. I would definitely recommend Maryam to any of my friends looking to purchase a property.

We have been incredibly lucky to have Maryam as our agent. She has surpassed our expectations at every turn during our whole home buying process. She has worked very hard throughout the purchase to help us in any way she could and and has responded to our questions very promptly with the right amount of details even when we emailed her on the weekends and late at night. She has kept track of all the deadlines, helped us make good decisions and pretty much has done everything for us during our home purchase. Knowing that she has our back the whole process went without any stress on our part. Not only she is a great agent, but she is also a very pleasant person to work with. We are extremely grateful to her and would recommend her services for anyone looking to buy a house in OC.

Maryam is a terrific agent, one of the best I've worked with. She helped us navigate a complicated out-of-town purchase without barely breaking a sweat. She has an amazing command of the local real estate market, and is thoughtful & efficient in her approach. Not to mention a tenacious negotiator. Trust me, you want her on your side during a deal. Maryam is an absolute joy to work with will be our go-to agent on our next purchase.

I started working with Maryam a few months before I ended up making my very first offer that ended up being accepted!! As I was feeling out the market and areas I had no pressure from Maryam and she answered all of my questions very quickly. When I was ready and found a property I liked, Maryam guided me through the home buying process and we made it happen. I would certainly recommend her to home buyers in the Irvine area, she definitely knows the market.

Where do I begin...Maryam is knowledgeable of the real estate game, readily available to answer any question, and persistent. Thanks to her encouragement, we put in an offer that we didn't think would be considered. Maryam spiced up the offer. Not only did we get a counter offer, but we got the house. Thanks, Maryam! And of course, also lots of thanks to the Redfin associates who have been touring with me all these years.

Maryam is by far the BEST real estate agent I have ever worked with. This is my second transaction using Maryam and again, she made this one smooth and non- stressfull, always communicating and there for me if I needed anything. Maryam, Kim (the transaction coordinator) and the entire Redfin staff are AWESOME. Thank you to all!!!!!

Maryam was an absolute pleasure to work with! Completely transparent, extremely responsive, and thoroughly informed. My dad has always taught me to read between the lines and ask every question to different people when it comes to real estate, cars, etc as there are so many caveats! With Maryam, I quickly realized she was a trustworthy person and I could save a lot of time and worry about finding the place so she could work the deal which is exactly how it worked! If anyone ever tells me that finding a home is hard, I will laugh and say that's because you did to work with Maryam! Thank you SO much Maryam, we LOVE our home!

Townhome buyer·closed Mar '14·1450 Georgia St, Tustin, CA

Maryam is the best! She was the perfect agent for us in our search for our first home. We needed to find an agent that was willing to work at our fast speed, but also had the patience to deal with first-time buyers that had questions and wanted to negotiate the best deal. We had to go through a few agents before we found her, but it made us truly appreciate what an amazing job she does. Thank you so much for everything, Maryam! We love our home and we hope to see you again in the future.

Maryam was so amazing to work with! As a first time home buyer, she was extremely patient with me and my husband and all of our questions. She took the time to explain each process to us and was always available. She quickly got back to our calls, texts, and emails. She worked extremely hard to get everything we wanted (including the house!). I would 100% recommend Maryam to anyone buying a house! If you love it, she will get it!

Maryam was a pleasure to work with from the very first home tour to getting the keys to our new (and first!) home! She is very knowledgeable and honest, so we felt we were in great hands from the start - she answered all of our many questions during the first home tour and was there for us throughout escrow to offer solid and sound advice. This process would have been much more daunting without her on our side. She championed for us, and we owe her a lot of thanks and appreciation for all she did to help us win this house - THANK YOU!

This is my second purchase with redfin and I went back ask for my previous agent as was put on to Maryam. Maryam was fantastic throughput the entire process. She is ultra responsive, fairly aggressive representing the buyers interest and yet gives you plenty of room and not pushy to buy a property. This is the best of of redfin in general. I must also add that Maryam has a great negotiations skill to go after the deal you are interested in.

She really took care of contract details that helped save a lot of headache and money during the process. Really got the feeling that she is looking out for you. Along with her assistant she stays in communication during the entire process and keeps you apprised of the happenings and upcoming milestones. She is there when something doesn't go right and works with various parties to remove obstacles. I highly recommend her to anyone!

I have already started to tell friends and coworkers about my most positive experience working with Maryam Amiri. From day one she was thourough in her explanation of the process ahead of me. Attempting to purchase a house could be quite daunting in itself, my husband and I had been trying to work with several (buying only) agents for the past year. No one we know has ever worked with Redfin, so new experiences all around. In retrospect not only was it simpler than we expected but very, very enjoyable -- dare I say fun! I work Business2Business in my profession but I must say that Maryam is exceptional, her customer service is beyond what was promised. She continued to remind me although there's low inventory in the market in which I was looking, with patience and her guidance I will find a house I will love. Not only did we find a beautiful, perfect home for our family ~ I also believe I gained a friend!

Maryam is awesome! She was enthusiastic the whole way and made sure we were comfortable and got the information we needed whenever we toured. She also knows the area well and was able to give us good insight into how the market worked and current trends. She was always on top of things and would get back to us right away in a few minutes through text, email or phone no matter the time or day. Our lender and escrow people were having trouble communicating which caused our closing to be really delayed and she went out of her way to resolve the communication issues and made sure we were not left homeless. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

Maryam is a professional and experienced agent and has been a great help in finding our 2nd home in Aliso Viejo. She is prompt in answering our call and emails. We got some mails from her as late as midnight - she does not go sleep before she finishes the work. For every tour appointment, she gets there ahead of us and was able to tell us what's about the area. She shares her knowledge of the real estate market with us and let us make informed decision. We would recommend Maryam to my friends since she is really good.
