Communities
San Clemente files its neighborhoods with the city as homeowner associations, and the city publishes the boundaries. Every neighborhood below is one of those published polygons, used exactly as the city draws it, with its acreage, addresses, parcels, land use and coastal mapping measured against it, and the schools taken from the district's own locator. The register holds 167 named entries. Fifty are here. The register's own remainder polygon, which covers everything in the city that is not in an association, is left out because it is not a neighborhood. So are the entries the publisher's own name marks as a rental apartment complex, a commercial centre, a club facility or a corporate holding, and the entries the city's address layer shows holding fewer than twenty-five homes. Past that, the fifty largest by the city's own geometry are the ones published, and the cutoff falls at 28.7 acres. The city's association layer also carries management contact details. Those are never published here.
Communities Map50 of 50 guides are published. A guide goes live only once it carries verified neighborhood data, so the rest are shown here without links rather than as empty pages.
