Communities
La Habra files its neighborhoods with the city as homeowner associations, and the city publishes the boundaries. Every community below is one of those published polygons, used exactly as the city draws it, with its acreage, homes, parcels, zoning, general plan designation and flood zone measured against it. The register holds 44 entries and 28 are here. The 16 left out each hold fewer than twenty-five addresses in the city's own address layer, which makes them a single building rather than a neighborhood. Measured against one another the 44 entries overlap by nothing, so no city-wide maintenance association had to be removed. The city's association layer also carries management contact details, and those are never published here. Most of La Habra lies outside any association, and the city publishes no boundary for those blocks, so no page here draws one.
Communities Map28 of 28 guides are published. A guide goes live only once it carries verified neighborhood data, so the rest are shown here without links rather than as empty pages.
