The boundary fills 97.0 percent of its own convex hull, one of the more regular shapes among the Seacliff communities. History

How The Masters at Seacliff on the Greens was built

SeaCliff Country Club opened in 1966 with a course by the architect J. Press Maxwell, and the neighborhoods around it were built out over the following three decades as the oil leases were retired one at a time. All 104 homes in The Masters were finished between 1987 and 1989, on about 16 acres, which makes it one of the tighter and faster builds in the group.

Its three streets, Greenbrier Drive, Eaglecrest Drive and Ironwood Lane, keep to the same golf naming that runs through the Seacliff on the Greens associations.
