            Somebody laid a Boston street map over a Laguna Niguel ridge. Mount Vernon, Hancock, Revere, Lindall, Bellingham, Champney, Rollins, Derne and Tremount are all lifted from the Beacon Hill district of Boston, and Beacon Hill Way runs a full mile through the middle of them.

            Beacon Hill is later work. The city's record runs its years built from 1980 to 2000 with a median of 1985, and 99 of its homes carry that single year. It covers 187 acres in two pieces, climbing from 275 feet to 628 feet, with more than a third of the boundary held as open space and every home draining to Salt Creek.
