A Trusted Guide

The cover story

Real Producers is the magazine written for the top-producing agents in each market, and in August 2023 the South Orange County edition put Maryam on its cover. The five-page feature follows her from Iran, where she was born and finished university, to Orange County in 2000, and to the experience of buying her own first home that made her want to do the job for other people.

It also introduces the team behind her: her partner and business manager Chris Bistolas, sales specialist Amir Amiri and customer support manager Megan Wilucky. At the time of publication, the magazine reported her career at over $850 million in sales across roughly 900 transactions.

In her words

• “In my realm of real estate, I am not simply a professional; I am an advocate, a confidante, and a guide.”
• “When you choose Team Amiri, you’re not just acquiring a home … you gain a lifelong partnership.”
• “I make it a point to emphasize that my commitment extends beyond the transaction; I am there for them throughout their homeownership journey.”
