Communities
The City of Huntington Beach publishes 194 homeowner association filings on its own GIS. They are filings, not a list of neighborhoods: the median one covers 7.5 acres and the register includes single buildings, industrial parks and entries whose name is a street address or a corporate entity. These 50 are the largest by the city's own geometry, down to a floor of 13.2 acres. Four entries above that floor are held back because they are association names rather than places: SE Community Neighborhood Assoc., Downtown Residents Neighborhood Assoc., HB Coastal Communities Neighborhood Assn and Economic Consultant Services Neighborhood Assn, the last three of which carry no contact of any kind on the city's own record. Metzler Industrial Park, Producer Lane Industrial and Gothard-Ellis Autopark are held back because no residential parcel sits inside them. Every figure on these pages is the city's own polygon clipped against the city's own layers.
Communities Map50 of 50 guides are published. A guide goes live only once it carries verified neighborhood data, so the rest are shown here without links rather than as empty pages.
