How Hidden Lakes was built
Hidden Lakes was laid out at the very end of 1979 and holds 36 units on 2.5 acres of West Lambert Road. Lambert is a stitched together name: the La Habra and Fullerton stretch was Ocean Avenue and Brea's continuation was Deodora, before the pieces were joined under one label.
This is one of a run of small condominium communities that filled the Lambert Road frontage in a single stretch of years, when the last grove land in central La Habra went over to housing. Lakeview, Parkside, Mira Vista, Creekside Village and La Habra Plaza all date from the same six years and all sit within about a mile of here.
