How Park Place Ranchwood was built
Park Place and Ranchwood are both listed by the Lake Forest II master association as neighborhoods of its own, part of the planned community established in 1970 that covers 3,436 homes and runs the Sun and Sail Club. That association is what Occidental Petroleum's late 1960s development turned into, houses built in and among eucalyptus groves with two artificial lakes dug alongside them.
The build year layer puts it in the 1970s. There is no shared pool inside the boundary, since residents use the club.
