How Key West was built
Six streets and every one of them a place in the Gulf or the Caribbean: Key Largo, Cayman Brac, Cape Coral, Palm Harbor, Laguna Madre and Brittany Bay. The community carries the theme in its own name too. One hundred and twenty two homes on 14.7 acres.
The neighborhood was first built in 1994, three to five bedroom houses of 1,391 to 2,000 square feet, many with center island kitchens and pool sized back yards. The association dues are unusually low for the city because there is no community pool and no clubhouse; the fee covers common area upkeep and nothing else.
