How Lakeview La Habra was built
Lakeview was drawn and built in the same year. All 35 homes here carry a construction year of 1977, on 1.8 acres of West Lambert Road, a road that was Ocean Avenue through La Habra and Fullerton before the name was changed and joined to Brea's Deodora.
It is the smallest of the run of condominium communities that took the Lambert Road frontage in the late 1970s and early 1980s, when the last of the central La Habra grove land went over to housing.
