How Sedona Homes was built
Sedona's houses were finished in 1999 and 2000, near the end of the Tustin Ranch build out, and its streets run alphabetically through surnames: Fricker, Goetting, Humeston, Leihy, Maynard, Nau, Pankey, Schwendeman, Sleeper. When Tustin Ranch was laid out, the names given to its streets were those of civic leaders and of Tustin men killed in the world wars.
At least one of them reaches all the way back. I.M. Leihy was among the dozen or so families living in the Sycamore School District when C.E. Utt arrived in Tustin as an eight year old in 1874 and found the town was a big sounding name, one small store and a blacksmith shop hidden in a forest of wild mustard.

Citrus Ranch Park holds 16.9 acres off Portola Parkway, where the city keeps a hilltop gazebo and a lemon grove knoll. Cedar Grove Park on Pioneer Road covers 10.7 acres and carries a nature trail and a grass amphitheater.
