Communities
The City of Laguna Hills maps its neighborhoods itself, and it publishes the boundaries along with its own count of the homes inside each one. Every community below is one of those published polygons, used exactly as the city draws it, with its acreage, parcels, build years and lot sizes measured against it. The layer holds 38 polygons. 22 are here. 6 are left out because each carries a community name with no housing count of its own and encloses the named tracts already listed, so publishing it as well would draw the same homes twice. The other 10 are left out because the only housing the city records inside them is apartments, a senior living campus or a mobile home park, and those are Creekside Laguna, Villa Solana, Rancho Niguel, Rancho Moulton, Alicia Village, Alicia Plaza, Villa Valencia, Prado Apartments, Laguna Hills Mobile Estate, The Willows. The city's layer also carries a management company and a named contact for each association. Those are never published here.
Communities Map22 of 22 guides are published. A guide goes live only once it carries verified neighborhood data, so the rest are shown here without links rather than as empty pages.
